Edith Flores is a seasoned logistics and pricing professional with over two decades of experience in international freight, vendor negotiations, and operational leadership. She has held management positions at key logistics companies, overseeing pricing strategies, sales coordination, and global network development. Her roles have included direct negotiation with maritime, air, and land transport providers to secure competitive rates across service lines.

At Global Fes Cargo and J&T International, she led pricing teams, developed comprehensive rate matrices for LCL, FCL, and inland transport, and managed profit assignment for national sales teams. She played a key role in expanding agent networks globally and implemented controls for sales closures, reporting, and vendor registration processes. Her strategic mindset and commercial approach supported win-to-win global partnerships.

Previously at Estafeta, Dragon Cargo, and Beyond 3PL, Edith contributed to tariff development, client acquisition, and the implementation of structured pricing and sales procedures. She also built relationships with overseas partners through organizations like WCA and handled special cargo categories such as reefer and oversized loads.
