Osbaldo Leyte with over 30 years of experience in accounting and taxation, he has worked in companies across various industries, playing key roles in general accounting, financial supervision, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed tax audits before the Mexican Tax Authority (SAT) and the Social Security Institute (IMSS), ensuring proper resource management and strict adherence to legal standards.

His academic background includes studies at the National College of Professional Technical Education (CONALEP) and a bachelor's degree from the Open and Distance University of Mexico. He is also a founding partner of JLRM Consultores Asociados, SC. His expertise is further supported by specialized training in accounting, international trade, and tax closing procedures. This combination of knowledge has enabled him to develop a comprehensive perspective on corporate, financial, and tax processes.

He has held a range of positions—from accounting assistant to general accountant—leading teams and streamlining administrative processes. In his current role at a multinational logistics and international trade company, he oversees corporate accounting, payroll calculation, federal and local tax management, and coordinates communication between foreign agents and stakeholders.
